NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING - GDPR 679/2016 AS AMENDED
A.P. FORM S.p.A. (hereinafter the Data Controller), pursuant to Articles 4, (No. 7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "EU Regulation"), hereby wishes to provide you (hereinafter the Data Subject) with certain information regarding the processing of your personal data, which will be processed while browsing the website www.apform.it (hereinafter the Site).
By reading this notice, the data subject will be made aware of the purposes and methods of collecting and processing personal data communicated while browsing the Site. With the exception of the browsing data necessary to implement computer and telecommunications protocols, provision of your personal data is voluntary and optional.

Your personal data are entered by an operator of A.P. Form S.p.A. into a database following a request made from the website, or a request made by telephone or fax . Reading access to this database takes place via a web application protected by an authentication system that requires access with user-ID and password. Your data can be removed from the database as a result of maintenance activities and erasure of obsolete data.
NEED TO PROVIDE THE DATA FOR SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE
In order to offer its service through the website, and in general for the purposes described above, A.P. Form S.p.A. will not be able to receive requests for information if the customer has not consented to the processing of his or her personal data.
SUBJECTS WHO WILL CARRY OUT PROCESSING
Access to your personal data shall be limited to only employees of A.P. Form S.p.A., the Web master, any operators of the information system, and the company hosting the domain. Your data will be used for administrative purposes. Your data will not be accessible to third parties nor will they be disclosed to third parties. Data will not be used for advertising purposes.
STORAGE PERIOD
The data processed for legal obligations (for example, billing data), will be kept at least for the storage period required by law. Data will generally be kept in order to have a record of the activities and communications between the company that processes personal data and the data subject, and this period may even exceed 10 years. Periodically, obsolete data, and data that the company does not consider appropriate for storage, will be erased.
